So sorry it has been so long since my last post! I am working 2 jobs (sometimes up to 16 hours per day). I am also struggling with my lupus, so I have been to the hospital and doctors a lot.
In the off time I do get, I have done some thrifting. I love garage sales, flea markets, thrift stores, and I also find items on the curb. I love hunting for treasures!! I thought I would share some of my summer finds with you.
Garage Sale Finds:
1958 Movie Camera for our movie room!
These dogs came from my Dad's house, when he moved. He thrifted them from a dumpster in Chicago and I thrifted them from him.
Big button sweaters. I also found a cute winter hat, but don't have a picture of it.
Flea Market Finds:
Old Square Window. I will be turning it into a picture frame, just like the one pictured below. I have another cruise vacation coming in January, so those pictures will fill the new window. The blog I wrote on making these is here.
1940's movie projector for the movie room! You can see how old the box is. It also came with 2 movies.
