Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole

I tend to invent recipes, like this one, when I am running low on food in the house.  It turned out quite well for being thrown together.  It tasted just like a cheeseburger.  I always like to have a veggie, so I added the corn in there. 


Ingredients:
  • Deluxe Mac and Cheese
  • 1/2 lb Ground Beef
  • Canned corn
  • Tatter Tots
  • Ketchup
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Brown 1/2 lb of ground beef 
  • Prepare your deluxe mac and cheese according to the box
  • Add your cooked ground beef and canned corn to your cooked mac and cheese. Mix well. 
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan. 
  • Lay frozen tatter tots on top of your casserole.
  • Sprinkle with some shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Drizzle ketchup over the top. 
  • Cook, uncovered, for about 25 minutes. (longer if you would like your tots more crispy).
