Moist Zucchini Brownies

I have a TON of zucchini from friends and farmer's markets.  I chopped it up in all different ways, for different recipes.  I used some of the shredded zucchini for this recipe.  Zuc. adds the wonderful moisture to the brownies.  They are not so cake-like and more on the fudgy side. Yum!  My friend Nancy shared this recipe with me, from www.allrecipes.com, so thank you Nancy!  The zucchini picture here is from Nancy's garden.
