Another Step in My Weight Loss Journey

I have been diligently exercising for about a month now and feel myself getting physically stronger.  I have not seen a huge improvement in weight though.  I also have no improvement in health problems (some days are worse because I pushed myself too far).  I never expected the health to improve much, because there is no cure for the diseases I have.  I will say that my body is a little more tolerant of physical activity now.

I decided to take another step to help myself loose weight.  I started Sensa today.  Costco sells it, so it is easily accessible to me with my bf working there.  The concept is that you sprinkle it on EVERYTHING that you eat and it signals your brain to become full faster, so that you eat less.  It is no harder than sprinkling salt on your food.  You do NOT have to change your diet or exercise regimen to use this product.  It does not contain any drugs, diuretic, laxative, etc.  I like that it is safe to use with all of my medications.   My month 1 pack came with 2 sprinkle containers (one for home, one for my purse), a carry case for the one that leaves the house, 30 energy drink mix packets, and the DVD.  This was $38 at Costco.  Each month I will need to buy the next pack (the packages are labeled according to month at the store).  You don't need to stop at 6 months, you can just start over with month 1.  Changing the sprinkle packs each month is part of the science that keep your body loosing weight, so that you don't plateau.  I will keep you updated with my progress!

Here is a video of a news report on Sensa done by ABC news.
