Reviving Leftover Restaurant French Fries

I don't know about you, but I ALWAYS have fries leftover when I eat at restaurants.   If they are really good fries, I hate to throw them out.  Here is a good way to make them taste good a second time.  I made some steak with leftover steak fries (from Five Guys Burgers) tonight.   There are a couple ways you can add new life and flavor to them:

Garden Herb Fries
  • Place fries into a Ziploc bag.
  • Add some olive oil to the bag and then shake it all up.
  • Lay the oiled fries on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle them with thyme, rosemary, sage, and basil.  (I buy a country herb mix that has them all in it)
  • Cook them at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.

Parmesan Garlic Fries
  • Use the same oil prep as above.
  • Sprinkle the fries with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and oregano instead of the country herbs.
  • Cook them the same as above.
I have been super busy lately, so I apologize for not posting very much.  I do have more recipes, garden projects, and craft projects coming!   Thank you for following me =)
