Chicken Stew Re-do

I am all for saving money and not wasting food, so I froze a bunch of the leftover chicken stew that I featured in an earlier post.  Tonight I re-vamped it by putting french onions on top and baking it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes (until it was heated through and the onions were browned). I bet it would make great filling for chicken pot pie as well.  I may have to try that with the next batch of leftovers.  Its the meal that keeps on giving!  lol
