Ingredients:
- Talapia filets (this crust also works well on flounder, pork chops, and chicken).
- Can of bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
I saved an old Parmesan container to store my bread crumb mixture in (I keep it in the freezer). This makes it super easy to shake onto the meat and I waste less doing it this way.
Instructions:
- Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper together. I'd say my mixture is about 3 parts bread crumbs to 1 part Parmesan. I just add a touch of the salt and pepper.
- Rub both sides of your filet with olive oil.
- Cover both sides of the filet with the bread crumb mixture.
- Cook it in a frying pain or bake in the oven as you normally would.
That's all! Easy, right?
