Death of a Christmas Tree

The New Year's party at our house was a success. The photo booth we set up was ubber fun!

Welcome to 2012! I just hope it can AT LEAST be surgery free for me (I stopped hoping for pain free a long time ago) and hope that I will gain some financial stability with a new job. I will just take life as it comes, like always.

The Christmas tree was taken down today. I will miss the coziness of having it lit up in the living room. After all the festivities, I feel just like the tre
e...droopy and dried out. I enjoyed quality time with friends and family, but it was quite hard on my body. There will be a lot of sleep for the first part of the year!

The worst part about taking down a real tree i
s the needles! I was very grateful that the people we buy our tree from gave us a tree bag this year. It saved my floors and vacuums. I think they also sell these tree bags in stores (I saw some at Target).
