This is my EASY recipe for amazing crock pot ribs.
Ingredients:
- Boneless pork ribs (The amount you want to make will depend on the amount of people you are cooking for and the size of your crock pot. I usually do an equivalent of a full rack for 2 people) Most grocery stores will be happy to cut some for you.
- 1 can of Coca-Cola (You may need more for a bigger pot or more meat. My water to soda mixture is about 50/50).
- 2 cups of water
- BBQ sauce of your choice (I use Sweet Baby Ray's)
- Sweet/smokey BBQ dry rub (I buy Smokehouse BBQ rub made by Chef's Blend Spices and it contains: sugar, salt, paprika, pepper, onion, spices, and a smoke flavor)
Instructions:
- Place your pork ribs in the crock pot.
- Add your Coca-Cola and water on top of the meat. I make sure the meat is completely submersed in liquid.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Place the cooked ribs in a frying pan. Add dry rub to both sides of the meat. Slather them with your choice of BBQ sauce. Turn on the heat and sear both sides of the ribs. This gives them a nice "grilled" flavor and texture.
- Enjoy!

Man, I was just thinking about these ribs the other day and was going to email you for the recipe, lol. Thanks for posting these :)
