Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts
- Sour Cream
- Herb Stuffing mix (the original calls for name brand Pepperidge Farm crumbles, but I used an off brand with success).
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Unsalted butter, cubed
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Lay the chicken breasts close together on a foil lined baking pan.
- Sprinkle the chicken with your salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Coat the chicken with a thick layer of sour cream.
- Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix onto the sour cream and then dot with butter.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour. It will be ready when the chicken is cooked through and the bread crumbs are nicely browned.
I went ahead and prepared the rest of the stuffing mix as a side dish. I hate wasting food! It was a very tasty meal.

This looks GOOD! I am going to try it.
